Required Eligibility Criteria: One or more English learners in grades four through eight reported on the most recent Language Census (R30-LC).

Funding Description: The English Language Acquisition Program (ELAP) provides funds to assist pupils in grades four through eight to learn English as efficiently and as quickly as possible, as well as progress academically to meet grade-level standards, promotion, and graduation requirements.
