Eligible Applicants: Local educational agencies

Required Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility is restricted to local educational agencies (LEAs), i.e. county offices of education (COEs), districts (or a consortium of districts), and direct-funded charter schools, that serve students in grades four through eight. LEAs must meet the eligibility criteria found in the EETT C Round 8 RFA Guidelines, page 6 and 7.

Funding Description: The primary goal of the Enhancing Education Through Technology Competitive (EETT C) Round 8 grant program (2009 -2011) is to improve student achievement of the state content standards and technology literacy in grades four through eight with expanded access to technology, electronic resources, professional development, and enhanced communications.
