Required Eligibility Criteria: LEAs must have an educational technology plan approved by the California Department of Education that meets state guidelines and federal requirements. LEAs must also be eligible to receive Title I, Part A funds, which serves as the basis for allocating Title II, Part D funds.

Funding Description: EETT Formula program provides funding to assist local educational agencies (LEAs) in improving student achievement through the use of technology in elementary and secondary schools. The funding supports ongoing, sustained, intensive, and high-quality professional development to integrate advanced technologies into curricula and instruction. No application is necessary.
